Our Team
Alison
Director - Business Development
I have a uniquely varied background of employment and interests which are solidified and grounded by 25+ years legal background.
My life goal and passion has always been to assist and enhance peoples lives where possible, whether it be through legal channels, via Natural and Alternate Therapies or working with and for the Spastic Center of NSW (Cerebral Palsy Alliance).
When I became a mother of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, the battle of trying to find assistance, education and support was soul destroying and an experience of feeling so alone and lost with nowhere to turn to assist my child, that I knew then my goal was still ablaze and to be able to ease peoples angst so they never had to feel how I had felt and offer a solid direction of unwavering support would be such a benefit.
I spent several years creating and running Integrated Business Management and Compliance Systems utilising my legal background, although was unfulfilled. I furthered my education within the NDIS & Support Service Industries and have now been a part of the NDIS since its roll out, with a vast knowledge of its every intricacy, including developing of operations to support premium service delivery.
and that is what we do.........offer a premium service.

Tegan
Director - Business Development
I am proud to be the co-owner of the NDIS Registered business, Support Services For You.
My journey started with my previous work assisting offenders in custody. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the transformative power of support and rehabilitation. It also sparked a passion within me to extend this support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they truly deserve.
My extensive experience in teaching strategies and tools around cognitive behavior has provided me with a deep understanding of how to support individuals in their personal growth and development. I have a unique ability to connect with people, offering guidance and resources to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
My heart is always happiest when I am assisting people in need. Working with offenders in custody and addressing their extensive mental health issues has given me invaluable insights into human behavior and the importance of compassion and support. I find immense reward in being able to provide support to these individuals, positively impacting their lives and helping them envision a brighter future.
The driving force behind my decision to work within the Disability Sector is the belief that everyone deserves equal opportunities and the chance to achieve their full potential. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of a business that aligns with these values and strives to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Hi, I’m Cheryl, and I’m proud to be a support worker with Support Services For You. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with people from all walks of life, gaining so much experience and learning something new from everyone I’ve met along the way.
My journey into this industry actually started 30 years ago, but life had other plans, and I had to put it on pause for a while. A few years ago, I found my way back—and now I’m right where I’m meant to be, in my element, doing work that I truly love.
What I enjoy most about being a support worker is just how rewarding and fulfilling it is. I feel so grateful to have the chance to make a positive difference in the lives of our participants and to be part of their journey.
One of the things I absolutely love about SSFY is how much they genuinely appreciate and support their team. The appreciation and ongoing support we receive here is something I’ve never experienced with other employers, and it means the world to me.
Being able to do what I love while feeling so valued is something I’ll never take for granted.

I hold a Certificate III in Disability Support from Port TAFE and a Certificate III in Aged Care. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse roles, from after-school support for teenagers with disabilities to dementia care and more.

Michaela (MNC)
Lifestyle Crew
Hello everyone,
I'm Michaela, and I’ve been fortunate to work with the incredible team at Support Services for You (SSFY) almost since their launch date in 2019. Prior to joining SSFY and the NDIS industry, I built my career within state and local government initiatives, as well as the Not-for-Profit sector, focusing on various Community Project Development and Management roles.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working on numerous impactful projects, advocating for people with disabilities, indigenous and CALD groups, youth at risk, and other disadvantaged communities. My passion for enhancing access and equity has driven me to contribute meaningfully to these efforts.
What I find most rewarding is witnessing the positive impact that the NDIS, and SSFY in particular, have on our clients’ lives. Whether it's improving their day-to-day living conditions or helping them re-engage with social events and the broader community, seeing these transformations is truly heartening.
